Malayalam Learning Workshop

• Have centers in US for the youth who is interested in learning Malayalam
• Objective is to learn, understand culture
• Speak, Read or at least understand the Language.
• Courses offered will be stories or poetries depending on the interests.
• At the same time have youth who just migrated to US interact with youth in US so that theycan mix with the culture which will enable them to reduce the learning curve to fit for US environment.

Arts and Sports for the Youth

• Identify Execute Quality Programs
• Qualified people assessing the quality for the arts performed.
• Making sure it was not a time wasting program.
• What are the Arts and Sports items needed.
• Get common opinion from the Youth.
• Develop Strong teams from each center.
• Give special trophy and or cash price for the winning team.

Youth Leadership in USA

• Bring Youth to the front of the line because they are the future.
• Make youth aware of the political future of American born Indians.
• Understand the Heritage of India and Kerala.
• We should have our Voice and Power in the community where we live.
• We should get the right that we deserve and we need to achieve that nobody is going to give it you unless you ask for it and so you need to show strong leadership in the community

• Help Families to Settle in US.
• Have it’s own employment forum.
• Find ways to help people get started with business.
• Have information Available on the website.
• Have continues effort to keep in touch with families.
• Put up Programs, competitions, events with other Indian foundations to show the unity of India.

Planning the Fokana Convention for Youth

• Identify youth coordinates in each local area.
• Get Personal information about the youth for example Age, gender, interests, known languages, special interests in arts and sports from each centers
• Support,Advice and Constant contact.
